Thank you for shopping with Messy Studios.

Every Messy Studios piece is handmade with care. Unless otherwise stated, items are made to order, meaning your order will first go through our production process before it is dispatched.

Please note: The delivery timeframes below begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include the production time. Estimated production times can be found on each product page.


Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order, as Messy Studios cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.


Standard Delivery – PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk

Shipping Fee: R50

Collect your parcel from a PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk that is most convenient for you.

Cape Town

  • 2–3 working days

Western Cape

  • 3–5 working days

All Other Provinces

  • 5–7 working days

Important Information

  • Your mobile number is required for this shipping option.
  • You will receive an SMS with a collection PIN once your parcel has arrived.
  • Parcels must be collected within 36 hours of receiving your PIN.
  • If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, shipping fees are non-refundable. We will refund the value of the item only, excluding the original shipping cost.

PUDO Collection Address

When checking out, please enter the name or location of your preferred PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk in the address field so we know where your parcel should be delivered.


Door-to-Door Delivery – The Courier Guy

Shipping Fee: R90

If you'd prefer your order delivered directly to your home, workplace, or another address, we offer door-to-door delivery through The Courier Guy.

Cape Town

  • 3–4 working days

Western Cape

  • 5–7 working days

All Other Provinces

  • 7–14 working days

Important Information

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure the following information is entered correctly during checkout:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Postal code

Messy Studios cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information.


Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Remote delivery locations

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the packaging and item (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
